Payment Method: Paypal, all major credit cards and debit cards via Paypals system. Sorry, no personal checks or bank checks. The Sea of Beads is a verified member of PayPal.
Shipping Policy: Continental US only. Once payment is recieved, the item will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible. Shipping is sent via UPS Ground (3 - 5 business days). Shipping charges are included in the price unless overnight or priority shipping is requested (extra charge).
Packaging: Items are typically sent in a box with cotton backing. Special packaging may be provided at an additional cost.
Return Policy: Jewelry can be returned within 10 days from shipping date for a full refund.
Adjustments: Adjustments can be made within 30 days of shipping at no cost. Thereafter adjustments can be made for a nominal charge. You can also contact us to repair bead jewelry purchased elsewhere.
